Description
Job Overview: The Client Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients daily. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Job could be hybrid once trained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction & Engagement: Respond to incoming calls with a friendly demeanor and act as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for the overall customer experience.
- Policy Education & Application Assistance: Provide clear explanations of basic police information and assist clients with applications.
- Data Management & Software Utilization: Accurately collect and document client information and use various software tools for data organization and report formatting.
- Problem Resolution: Redirect complex client challenges to management when necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven customer service experience – non-retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated multitasking capabilities.
- Positive, enthusiastic demeanor with strong oral and written communication skills.
